After a little miscommunication between the liaison reception staff to my self and between the Company the repair expert, Kevin, ( who arrived within the prescribed 1hr slot) the job was assessed, quoted for, negotiated, agreed, and done on the same morning! Paul came to see me the same day I rang for help. He fixed the problem in a short time and from chatting I knew he had many years experience working with roller doors etc. I d use the company again, if necessary, as the service was good & they gave a price there and then so I knew what it was going to cost straight away.
Came out promptly was advised of time etc& inspection carried out and informed of what was needed priced work carried out there and then . Pricey but what can you do.
Steve arrived, immediately put my mind at rest by saying he could fix it. He did that quicker than I expected and took extra time to explain how I could maintain it. He was friendly and informative. Very satisfied.
